TAPfit
TAPfit is a total body workout!

TAPfit engages your core and all major muscle groups in your legs and buttocks. Plus using a TAPtoner resistance band means you will tone and sculpt your arms and upper body as well.

Whether it be street, funk, Broadway,strengthen & tone,Latino or the classic workout there is one to suit everybody. But don’t be fooled, it is a full body workout and not for the feint hearted; it will increase your level of fitness and get you TAPfit.

Barre, Cardio & Sculpt
Every Barre Cardio & Sculpt class is fun and empowering class set to modern music. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of stretching & toning exercises.

The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training. Then it is into the centre for some hardcore cardio work to finish down to the mat for core work and a relaxing and invigorating final stretch.

Callanetics
This exceptional form of exercise uses precise positioning to isolate specific muscle groups. This combined with tiny yet powerful movements cause the muscles to work at a deep level recruiting more muscle fibres. More muscle fibres recruited means quick toning and results that you can feel and see within hours.
CALLANETICS (TM) is a non-impact exercise program, therefore you will not experience the bouncing and jarring found in high-impact activities such as aerobics or jogging. Each muscle group is warmed, worked and then stretched to ensure total body health increasing strength, flexibility and body alignment. Men and women of all ages and fitness levels benefit from the CALLANETICS (TM) classes.

Adult Ballet provides an excellent source of fitness and flexibility whether you are a total beginner, coming back to class or regular dancer.
